– Fulfilment: Sydney

– Delivery: 4–10 business days
– Starting at: AU $9.99
 

Rest of World
– Fulfilment: Closest Printful hub
– Carrier: Local carrier
– Delivery: 7–20 business days

Note: Fulfilment time (2–5 business days) is additional.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your item ships.

Customs & VAT
Orders outside the US/EU may be subject to customs duties or VAT. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
 

2 · Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions
– Items must be unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging
– Prints must remain sealed in their protective sleeve

How to Return
Email: returns@albertshamaev.com
Include your order number and photos (if damaged).
We'll send you an RMA and return label (for US/EU customers).
Buyers outside those regions cover return shipping unless the item is defective.

Refunds

– Processed 3–5 business days after we receive the item
– Refunded to your original payment method
– Shipping fees are non-refundable unless item was damaged or misprinted

Exchanges
– Wrong size? Send the item back and receive store credit to reorder
– Custom/personalized items are final sale unless defective
